I read about the Black Mamba and it got me excited so I just
wanted to share it with you, though I know most of you are more knowledgeable about cars than me and will probably know about it already. Just to be clear, I’m not talking about these guys.
Instead I’m talking about the Valene Black Mamba from Valene motors.
This is an electric, three-wheeled supercar and it’s not named after one of the deadliest snakes by accident: it hasn’t exactly been designed for maximum safety and slow speeds. Instead it’s a car that’s aimed at “aimed at speed and fun loving individuals” to use Valene motor’s own words. The entry level Valene Black Mamba of 107 brake horsepower can accelerate from 0 to 100 km (approximately 62 mph) in less than 4.2 seconds. And that’s just the 107 bhp one, they also have an 810 Black Mamba. The Valene Black Mamba will also offer either a 15kWh, 30kWh or 50kWh battery pack, the latter of which offers a range of 300 miles.
Enough of the technical stuff. If you want more off that just check out http://www.valenemotors.com Now I want to talk about what excites me about this car, and you might think me superficial because of it, but for me it’s all about the design and lines. The Valene Black Mamba is daring and different and I like it! Just look at it, how could you not like it?! Because of its clever aerodynamic design, the Valene Black Mamba’s battery pack and motor are cooled without needing the use of fans. The Mamba offers minimal air resistance and has low uplift and high down-force which, Valene Motors claims, gives it easy road holding.
I wish I could test this supercar out myself someday, but that’s very unlikely to happen. Unless one of you is very rich and generous… No? I figured. Let me know what you think of the Valene Black Mamba anyway.
Not only is that fancy, fast and electric, but I think it’s really nice looking as well!! Maximum respect!!

My thoughts exactly, glad I’m not the only one who is awed by this.

It’s in the Hall Of Fame now. It should feel honoured;)

I’m sure it does, it just can’t express it 🙂

That is a radical design! Reminds me of an Ariel Atom with three wheels

Now you mention it, I see the resemblance.

To me, it looks like a 3-wheeled Donto.

Hum, I had to look for it but yes I do see a bit of a resemblance but not as much as with the Atom. Not to me, at least.

I think from the front the Donto looks unique, but from the side we have Valene material in my eyes.

Yeah, that’s where I saw the resemblance too, some of the lines on the side are similar.

but it’s nowhere near as bad as the Chinese copy cars of British and American automobiles. I’ve got a post lining up about that.

Yeah, those are really bad, they don’t even try to disguise the fact they’re copying it off someone else. Curious about your post now to see just how bad it can get.
